Olivier Rousteing designs greeting cards for UNICEF
As it does every year, Unicef, the United Nations Children's Fund dedicated to improving and promoting the welfare of children around the world, is presenting a series of holiday greeting cards.
This year, Olivier Rousteing, creative director of Balmain, has designed a collection of five cards illustrated with exclusive drawings (sold in sets of 10, i.e. 5 models x 2, with white envelopes, at 15 euros).
"I am proud to bring my support to future generations this year thanks to Unicef and an exclusive collection of five drawings that I created to illustrate the greeting cards," said Rousteing.
"At a time when the war in Ukraine is hitting millions of children hard and millions more are trapped in many other humanitarian crises, getting involved with the United Nations Children's Fund seemed to me a necessity because children's needs cannot wait," he added.
The capsule collection accompanies the many other cards and gifts offered each year by the UNICEF charity store. All proceeds from these sales are donated to programs that help thousands of children around the world survive and thrive.
