H&M is continuing a rollout of its new-look flagship stores across the UK, with Nottingham’s Victoria Centre mall its next destination this spring.
The Swedish fashion giant is relocating from its current Lister Gate store and into the former Topshop space, transforming the prime lower mall location that spans 2,177 sq m.
Alongside its expansive fashion offer for women, men and children, the store will also debut the brand’s Home collection in Nottingham.
Owned by property company SGS and asset managed by Global Mutual, Victoria Centre’s director Nigel Wheatley said of the new arrival: “We’re committed to providing our shoppers with the very best fashion and homeware brands, giving them access to both high-quality and affordable products -- and H&M delivers just that.
“This is a significant new signing for us, kicking off what is shaping up to be an exciting year for our teams, and the centre.”
The H&M store will join the centre’s most recent addition, Levi’s, which opened in November and will sit alongside major brands including John Lewis, Next, Urban Outfitters, Superdry, River Island and recycled fashion retailer White Rose.
