H&M : Expands relationship with David Beckham for Spring 2015
January 20, 2015
The coming season will be a good one for men who liked footballer David Beckham's previous collaborations with Swedish fast fashion giant H&M. For Spring 2015, Beckham has designed a new bodywear collection and also created "Modern Essentials selected by David Beckham" by choosing his favourite items from H&M's Modern Essentials line.
Both collections will launch on March 5 and be promoted by a campaign shot by film director Marc Foster.
"I am thrilled to continue and extend my collaboration with H&M by selecting my favourite pieces from this spring’s Modern Essentials collection. Each piece is a new wardrobe classic that will update every man’s spring wardrobe with great style. Marc Forster is one of my favourite directors – I can’t wait to reveal the new campaign with H&M," says David Beckham.
Beckham's bodywear line features loungewear pieces and is centred around navy blue, grey melange and broken white, with accents of orange red. His picks for the Modern Essentials collection include a car coat, a linen bomber jacket, and a poplin white shirt, as well as a number of other pieces. They're all a take on men's classics but come in fresh fabrics, fits and colours.
