The breath is the ancestral rhythm, a constant connection with the deepest part of ourself and with the heart of the world. It holds the primordial essence of existence. Its continuous flow allows us to regain balance, to make sense of the external chaos. Through the breath, we immerse ourselves in the depths of the universe, as in the waters of a purifying sea, rediscovering its regenerative power. We close our eyes, focus solely on it, listening, listening to us.

We gaze into infinity, we inhale oxygen from the forests or dive into silent waters to feel the beating of our heart. Every breathing in and breathing out gives us the precious opportunity to rediscover our centre, to regain profound calm, even at the most hectic times. In the midst of the world’s incessant din we learn, through breath, to listen to the call of the essential, the voice of Mother Earth.

Through breath, we reconnect with creation, welcome and embrace it, turning external disorder into inner harmony, noise into silence. It takes us back to our roots, to nature, to its majestic calm. A journey towards purity, a purgatory path along which we strip away the superfluous to reach the core, at the origin of all things. A voluntary regression, back to the beginning, into the womb. To the rhythm of our breath.
